If your Piers Anthony, the Protaganist(I love that word) and all the females he engages with are good in bed. All the other males tend to not be - but the women stay with them for other reasons, while sleeping with the hero on the side.
Just think of it as background information. It might not be critical to the way the story runs, or even deserve mention.
Like Star Trek doesn't explain how a phaser works, I don't plan on explaining how a magneto hydro-dynamic turbine engine works, nor a fusion engine. But the technology is there all the same. ;)
Mark Stanley calls this sort of stuff "Under the hood" information. The reader doesn't need to know that there's a superconducting torus being used as a storage battery to run an electric truck. All the reader needs to see is a truck, and will presume that it runs.
