Today's Non Sequitor is pretty good. But the archives aren't free access, so you have to see it today or you're out of luck. :)

The third panel seemed like a bit of a non-sequitur, in fact. I expect that he would not understand, but he seemed to understand so well that he sighed. This was a misfire, in my opinion. Traditionally, an asterisk of puzzlement/doubletake would have been shown.
