The entertainment value of spam
Nov. 27th, 2006 09:36 pmI never open spam, so I don't witness first hand the weird compilations of text that often fill them. However, I did get one today that didn't need to be opened to amuse me:

And here I thought the only drugs touted in spam were Viagra and weight-loss quackery.

Date: 2006-11-28 05:15 am (UTC)On a related note, I've just learned that a friend is paying $15k per month to someone who gets a lot of spam (signing up for everything) and puts it into a searchable database -- so my friend can check on his competitors' junk mails. And tune his own.
I wonder how many other customers the spam reader has.
