Once again, my body is basically unchanged from last time.

Chest: 37"
Waist: 28.5"
Hips: 38.25"

Well, my chest claims to have shrunk slightly. Oh, goody.

I don't know if I've gained or lost weight, since my scale fell victim to the Basement of Doom's Revenge and I haven't replaced it yet. I have cut back significantly on junk food at work in the last week or two. Maybe that'll yield results next month. Anything's possible, right?

Lut assured me again, unprompted and before I measured myself (or even mentioned that I was going to tonight) that he's noticed a discernable improvement in my physique since I started exercising . So that's good.

Still at it six times a week. I've been doing somewhat shorter workouts, more of them in the 40 minute range rather than 60. But I did a 60 minutes tonight.

I'll edit this post later to include hair length. I trimmed a half-inch or so off the bottom earlier, but it's still wet now and all the other measurements have been of it dry.

Edit: Hair is 20.25". Shrinking now! I've been expecting that, though, since my last few measurements indicated excessive growth spurts. The measuring is just fuzzy, I think.

Be careful about the six days a week. It's been my experience that I tend to burn out and then peter out on actually working out if I push myself too hard. ;)

I've been meaning to start again after my 3 month break now but it's so nice be a big bum. ha!

remember its not the size of your bust that matters, but how you use them. 8^)

they are still empressive mesurements..... keep doing every thing. its doing you good in health and also i am sure your out look with your self is better as well....
