Howl's Moving Castle

It's actually playing in my area! YES! So psyched! Diana Wynne Jones is one of my favorite authors, Howl's Moving Castle is one of my favorite books, Miyazaki is one of my favorite directors, and I love anime.
Wait, it can't possibly live up to all those expectations. Oh well, gonna go see it this afternoon anyway. :)
Assuming I don't abruptly crash in the next hour and a half. I slept for three and a half hours this morning, from 7:30 to 11:00. I would've slept longer but ... uh ... my body doesn't want to. O_o We'll see how this goes. I haven't been up for 24 hours straight in at least ten years. To be precise, I was up for 26.5 consecutive hours yesterday/this morning. In fact, the last time I remember being awake for that many hours straight was my 16th birthday. Presumably I had some all-nighters in college, though, that just didn't stick with me as memorable.
But however you look at it, I don't have a model for my sleep pattern from here on. Could be interesting.
More about the challenge soon. If you were hoping I'd shut up about it now that it's over, sorry -- you're out of luck. ;)
