This is for those of you who've read some of my fiction, or roleplayed with me -- which excludes quite a lot of you, I know. Still, a good-sized chunk of the people who read my LJ have either roleplayed with me on SinaiMUCK or read [livejournal.com profile] unfinishedtales, so I figure I'll ask here anyway.

Of the various characters I've roleplayed (Sinai, Mirari, Just Trust Me, etc.) or written about in stories, which one* would you particularly like to read more about? Doesn't have to be your favorite character (though favorite is fine); it could be one that you're curious about, or think has an interesting history -- or future. Or whatever. For bonus points, let me know why. :)

* Please don't agonize over choosing the one you'd like most to see. I know I always have trouble picking absolutes like "favorite" and "most". Any character that comes to mind as "I'd like to see again" works for me. :) And feel free to pick more than one if you like.

I think of all your characters, the first one to spring to mind as being interesting and that I wish I could read more about would be Mariel of Sunfire ... but I could probably start to write an article about that, which would be inappropriate for a comment. So maybe I should just write an email instead. =)

Silver Scales! };D Madden and Kildare have a great interaction.

John Harcourt in Mirari also ran away with the show. Not surprising in retrospect, but we never could bear to let a villain be pure villainy, could we? Go go, gadget creepy little smile!

Ah yes, Mirari! I can't help but think that this campaign would serve as a wonderful springboard for a novel. But then, there are so many stories to be written, so little time.

Novelizing the basic idea is what I had in mind. While Tom and the Golden Hawks, and Agatha the Red Knight, and little Alice were noteworthy in their own ways, they weren't really necessary or integral to the *basic idea* behind Mirari. (And I wouldn't expect it to be much any other way, since multiplayer adventures of this sort generally require that everyone get "equal time".) There are plenty of elements in the hands of you or TuftEars alone, I think, that would be great inspiration for a story *inspired by* the events of Mirari, rather than novelizing the session logs.

The Silver Scales crew, were all interesting. Kildare had the better supporting cast, especailly Madden, but Zenobia also had potential.

I would echo all of that. And add, as well, the curious and intriguing Oo'a'una the Triskelion. Friendship, politics, and legal battles "oh my!"

Very late in answering this, but...

I haven't really been exposed to many of your Sinai characters... fresh in my mind are JTM and Mutant Chronicles. Of the characters in those, I think Jet probably stays in my mind the most. She was strong and likeable, but vulnerable and angry when wounded. She invested her emotions heavily into everything, but unpredictably it had a positive impact on her police work where most police try to stay dispassionate. She had a good sense of humor and seemed like an artist who just got kind of shuffled into the force because she was good there.
