Time Princess is an interactive fiction dress-up game, with 60+ stories and 131 3D-rendered characters. I don't know how much clothing is in the game total, but my character's wardrobe has over 7000 separate pieces.
So, yup, there's a LOT of 3D-rendered and animated material. :D
