Yesssss another monthly review! It remains encouraging to see someone else hitting their goals every month, and continuing to set themself quite reasonable ones for the next, especially since it feels like I'm not making quick enough progress towards mine. Perhaps I should try busking.

I've discovered I'll sometimes crave sugar when I'm actually thirsty; to try and combat this, I've left a bunch of easily-accessible water bottles and cups around the house. No idea whether it makes a health difference (I figure it certainly can't hurt), but there's definitely been more trips to the toilet.
