Good on you for restraining Lut from going out, picking up food seems a lot safer. Or getting it delivered. I got some delivery Chinese the other week, it's very cost-competitive to actually buying the groceries and spending hours cooking. I hear some restaurants have gone to take-out or delivery only.
Managing meals for being at home all week is challenging. I miss my workplace cafeterias. @.@
