Thanks! It's nice to be home. And I'm glad my apartment didn't get flooded, too, particularly since I'm self-insured. (That would be a fancy way of saying "I save money instead of paying it to an insurance company, and figure to cover the cost of replacing my stuff out of pocket, in the event of a disaster.")
