Eh, I was only able to do four scenarios (or more) simultaneously by virtue of some important factors:
1) Slow typists, or players who took ten or more minutes to come up with poses, so I could divert my attention from them for long periods without missing anything.
2) Large spammy intros to delay players with reading them while I set up in other rooms.
3) Multi-PC chit-chat logs, where the PCs could generate a lot of the "action" just by talking amongst themselves, with me there to basically just "babysit."
I am fairly sure that ringleading a big campaign like this, where EVERY window has some real action going on (or at least, so I presume, without having read the logs yet) is more challenging than my typical "quadruple" GM session.
