Just so you don't worry about the tooth-pulling... I had a tooth pulled before, and it wasn't loose or anything. It wasn't what I'd call a pleasant experience, but the sensations, while strange and a bit unsettling, weren't painful, and it was over with very quickly. Here's hoping it doesn't bother you too much.
