The cut-off scream really made this scene work. She's so scared, and finally willing and then to have the demon gone so quickly... Poor girl's going to have some serious trust issues after all these lies, no doubt.
If it weren't for the Blessed mind-healers, I shudder to think what the unchecked demons would do. Might explain the Abandoned World...
