I love the recommendation! And the warning list warms my heart, because every time I get one of those "ewww gay sex" reviews, I think "maybe I should've warned them about the sex." And then I think: "Maybe I should warn them about the TORTURE." (And then I don't, because gay sex and torture combined are like less than 5% of the book and it seems weird to emphasize them, but ... argh.)
Anyway, we live in a very weird society, where I get a lot more upset comments about the 4 explicit sex scenes than the torture scene. The latter frankly bugged ME a lot more. c_c
