Sometimes in reading it, my mind will pronounce it as vaSILver (Silver, with an extra va at the beginning, with the stress on the Sil.) Other times, I pronounce it with the stress on the VA, more like vassalver.
And feel free to totally ignore the question. It may just be an oddity of myself that I can't settle on one stress pattern.
