Ramblings on "Prophecy"

rowynI woke up this morning and couldn't remember what day it was. For a second, my mind flashed on "weekend?" Then went to "Monday? Friday?" before finally settling on Thursday.
I liked my first answer better. Well, it's almost over now. Two hours left to today and a short day tomorrow: I have a dentist appointment tomorrow. It's the first I've had in, I don't know, a decade or so, I'd guess. Unless you count going with one of my former boyfriends to visit his father, who was a dentist. :) I'm pretty sure it's the first time I've ever made an appointment for myself. And I didn't even make it because I had a toothache. As far as I know, my teeth are fine. But I figure I've gotta grow up one of these days and do those responsible adult things like seek preventive medical care.
I shouldn't be writing this now. I should be working on Prophecy, because I've done next to nothing on it so far this week, and I'll be doing Mirari tonight, so I probably won't work on it this evening, either. Hey, Greywolf, any suggestions for me on what to write? I did write another bit about Ianchli and Mousetiger ... did I ever mail it? I can't remember. I guess I could keep on with that angle.
I was thinking about showing MT thinking about how to defend Soachtanach from invasion, but, I dunno. Not sure how much I can make of that, particularly given my slender grasp on strategic warfare.
Well, I'm sure I'll think of something.

Warfare is tricky indeed. Some excellent ideas might be obtained from books on "great military blunders". I'd guess that a bit of Googling with such strings would bear some fruit.
