I haven't played Marvel either; Tyson is writing up all the characters and ran the system by me. It seems pretty reasonable. In my head, I kept trying to write up Guardian Angel in Champions, though (multiform with bioforce as Damon's elemental power set, and Gabriel as the secondary form with a multipower pool for the forcefields/healing/flight). Because all my superhero RPG experience (several years worth!) is with Champions. :)
