I soooo hear you on the 'can't lose weight no matter how much exercise I do' thing. Despite all the long hours and hard training I've put into preparing for the upcoming half marathon next month (which I am now capable of running) and over two years of Kung Fu, I'm still not that much lighter than I was way back then. Might've gone down a pant size, but that's about it. Meh.
