Well, I dunno about warm fuzzies. Some would rather believe that their bank hadn't been making these costly mistakes ALL ALONG. :) In that sense, we could be better off not admitting the error, so that the customer would continue to think we were not making any mistakes.
But I aboslutely agree that good ethics makes for good business. Justice is by no means swift or sure, but it does happen. ;)
