Yay biking! I thought about it yesterday, but then didn't make it happen. Did go for a long walk tho'.
God, I could never stationary bike in the Basement of Doom. It would never happen. You are pretty disciplined to do that. I have a hard enough time doing my exercises in the Music room of Light and Greenery :-)
Is the 3 good things supposed to be every day? I might have to do something like that.
What's the letter writing project? Is that the one I signed up for? I'm patient - no worries there :-)
I got your note - thank you! And no worries, like I said. I am a terrible correspondent myself. Thank god for email, is all I can say. But it's very true, tangible things are much better than electronic screens all the time. I can't play computer games because sitting and staring at the screen for long periods does absolutely weird things to me. I've reduced my fannish activities because I just can't sit and stare at the computer for too long at a time. Eric reads books on his iPad now but I will always always always pick print over digital for as long as I can. Urgh. (Though I do hate cutting down all those trees, poor things.)
