I think of a scene in the replacement killers a wonderful film I think but perhaps thousands dont, in any case fat(chow yun) has a contract on the young son of a policeman and sits for long in concealment with scope on boy playing basketball with his father... and then walks away without pressing trigger. of course by films end there is a veritable abbatoir or two.
