There is a name for this "plan" it is called "The Dole" and historically it has lead to large percentages of the population being unmotivated to work. Why should they work so that their taxes pay for someone else to live without working? Americans already suffer from too great a sense of entitlement, we should be working to support ourselves and our dreams not waiting for someone else to give us money.
