I actually slept ten hours last night. It was a Good Thing.

Sleep is a marvelous healer -- from both physical woes, and mental knots that get tangled during the day's doings. You are fortunate indeed. As am I.

Stress busting sounds good; I'm aware that people who do it naturally aren't necessarily the best teachers.
