Only thing better than Quebec maple sugar candy maybe is REAL maple fudge....

Or going to a sugaring off, and having hot syrup poured over snow cones, that turns it into taffy,
Or real lumberjack flapjacks with maple syrup, or maple walnut pie, or beaver tails....

I've had the pleasure of dining at a sugarbush.

It is possible to get too much of the stuff, but one has to apply oneself quite seriously to the task. ];-)
