Well, it's Monday, and I still haven't heard if the sellers signed the contract yet. Hmp.
It's also raining good and hard out today. I think there's a good chance I'll get to see for myself if "flooding in the basement isn't a problem any more". Heh. Assuming they do sign the contract and I'm still going out to inspect the septic tank tomorrow afternoon.
