I recently had to solve the same sunglasses problem. The trick is realizing that the style you want is no longer fashionable, so you probably won't be able to find them in stores which specialize in sunglasses. I did a web search for "sunglasses over" which turned up several hits including a web site catering to older people:
At $40, this was not the cheapest of the bunch (there was one British merchant selling another model for $10 or so plus shipping), but these appeared to be the highest quality and were the only model which came to size.
