Far as being added to the Tekalal community, somewhere on it's profile page is a way to join. I added myself, I assume it's still active. I've put up a thing on Muck structure there you might find interesting.
I find this extremely interesting and urge you to post it to Tekalal Muck (which you can join any time from the user info page, without anyone's rubber stamp). I'd love to see it come to fruition, it could lead to some really great interactions.
