There was never any doubt. Now that Bush has been re-elected, he's going to bring back the draft -- or so I've been told. ];-)

Some of my liberal acquaintances still insist that this is true. Just because ABC and CBS and MSNBC and John Kerry say so doesn't mean you should believe it. ];-)
