Crochet is good for if you need to occupy hands instead of mouth, too. (To riff off Tufty's suggestion of gum.)

I and my kinda wrecked metabolism shake a friendly fist at the weight listed. (Actually, I'm hovering around there and am trying to figure out how to get down even just 5 pounds; eating less might be possible, but frankly, with my hypothyroid nonsense, my metabolism would probably just slow down even more if I try that anymore. Exercising more is my plan, but the Weeks Of Everyone Sick... Well. Don't have everyone get sick if you go that route. -_- )
