It really is! A different kind of effort. That's why I'd never have one of those where I needed to put away the exercise machine after I was done with it. Because I'd never get it out again. <.<

And no, going upstairs to get a drink doesn't count as exercise. Neither does getting up to move the bike out of the sun. :/
