We have mandatory electronic training, too, but auditors or regulators or someone decided it didn't suffice so we still have to do some of it in-person.

The really annoying part is that it's the same subjects, every year. I've been going to robbery training every year for the last eleven and neither the general message ("lie back and think of England") nor the specifics have changed. Gahhhh.

And BSA really, really sucks, because it's all about the government using us to spy on our customers. I hate the BSA. v.v
