As I think you know, I've been using "The Brain" since about 1997 or so, and have found it to be very useful and reliable at organizing bits and pieces. It's not a Wiki, per se -- but a graphical linkage of notes and links that is both unusual and intuitive. The top of the website is running part of that interface. Connecting or adding things is as easy as drawing a line, and dragging a link into it.
