Something that drove me nuts in my coach training (and in the "help" space generally) is the notion of a one-size-fits-all approach to anything. A neurotypical person of average intelligence requires very different support structures and tools from somebody with ADHD and crazy-high idea flow, who requires very different support structures and tools from someone with Aspergers and depression, etc., etc.

That, and "survivor's bias" among people who assume their success is "100% hard work, positive thinking, and daily (ritual of choice)" and discount the huge factor dumb luck is in anybody's life, for good or ill.

We're all on our own paths!
